He has huge experience of this sector and currently manages a number of blocks through out the Dublin city in the following areas:

Through his vast experience ,hands on approach,he ensures all blocks are run to a high standard and he advises and works closely with the Management Company Directors on Strategic Decisions.

Tim is a member of the chartered institute of Building so he is able to project manage all capital works and undertake surveys to identify the causes of certain building defects.

In addition Tim has a vast knowledge of Management Lease issues and dealing

with issues and determining whose responsibility they are.
